Peanut oil - MOSH and MOAH (spiked)

The peanut oil contains a contamination with MOSH and is spiked with MOAH by a technical white oil.

Levels of MOSH and MOAH are: 

• contamination with 9.0 mg/kg of total MOSH (assigned value in P2604-MRT), and
• spiked with 4.1 mg/kg of total MOAH.

The unspiked raw material is available as blank material P2604-BLPn. The blank material contains a containation with MOSH (9.0 mg/kg).

The specification of the reference material includes the comparability of results (z-score criterion, total MOSH and total MOAH) as well as the trueness of results (70 to 120 % recovery of the spiked level, total MOAH only).
