Veggie sausage - MOSH and MOAH (spiked)

The veggie sausage is spiked with MOSH and MOAH. 

Spiked levels are:

• 9.0 mg/kg of total MOSH, and
• 5.4 mg/kg of total MOAH.

The raw material, which was used for the preparation of the reference material contains about 1.1 mg/kg of total MOSH, while it is free from total MOAH (< 0.6 mg/kg). The unspiked raw material is available as blank material P2302-BLVs. We recommend to order both materials P2302-RMVs and P2302-BLVs for evaluation of the trueness of results related to total MOSH.

The specification of the reference material includes the comparability of results (z-score criterion) as well as the trueness of results (70 to 120 % recovery of the spiked level).
