Sunflower oil - MOSH and MOAH (spiked)

The sunflower oil is spiked with MOSH and MOAH. 

Spiked levels are:

• 3.3 mg/kg of total MOSH (total hump), and
• 3.2 mg/kg of total MOAH (total hump).

The raw material, which was used for the preparation of the reference material contains about 2 mg/kg of total MOSH, while it is free from total MOAH (< 1 mg/kg). The unspiked raw material is available as blank material P2301-BLSu. We recommend to order both materials P2301-RMSu and P2301-BLSu for evaluation of the trueness of results.

The specification of the reference material includes the comparability of results (z-score criterion) as well as the trueness of results (70 to 120 % recovery of the spiked level).
