Apple purée (baby food) - alternaria toxins

The reference material is an apple purée, which is similar to commercially avaiable ready-to-eat baby foods. 

The apple purée is spiked with

• alternariol,
• alternariol monomethyl ether,
• tenuazonic acid, and
• patulin.
