Cereal-based baby food - alternaria toxins

The reference material is a cereal-based baby food, which consists of of whole oat flour, wholemeal spelled flour, corn flour, whole wheat flour, and thiamine. The cereal-based baby food is milled to a fine powder. 

The powder is spiked with

• alternariol,
• alternariol monomethyl ether, and
• tenuazonic acid.
