Infant formula - cereulide (spiked)

The infant formula is spiked with an analytical standard of cereulide.

The spiked level of 1.6 µg/kg is confirmed during the ring test P2627-RT (assigned value: 1.36 µg/kg). The specified concentration levels of cereulide refer to the powder, not to the solution after reconstitution. 

Accepted ranges are specified with respect to the comparability criterion (z-score +/- 2) and with respect to the trueness criterion (70 to 120 % recovery of the spiked level).
