Cumin - pyrrolizidine alkaloids, tropane alkaloids

The milled cumin is spiked with

• retrorsine,
• usaramine-NO,
• senecionine,
• senkirkine, 
• monocrotaline,
• hyoscyamine (atropine), and
• scopolamine.

The reference material contains incurred residues of the PAs europine, europine-NO, heliotrine, heliotrine-NO, lasiocarpine, and lasiocarpine-NO, which are not included in the specification. The specification includes the comparability of results (z-score criterion) as well as the trueness criterion (70 to 120 % of the spiked level).
