Rice flour - MOSH, MDAF, TPAF, MOAH (LC-GC-FID and GCxGC-FID)

The rice flour is spiked with a technical white oil and a crude oil. 

The specification is based on the analysis by LC-GC-FID and GCxGC-FID.

Spiked levels are:

• 2.4 mg/kg of MDAF,
• 3.4 mg/kg of TPAF,
• 5.8 mg/kg of total MOAH (C-10 to C-50), and
• 3.6 mg/kg of total MOSH (C-10 to C-50).
