Canned pea soup - bisphenols

The commerially available pea soup is homogenised and spiked with

• bisphenol A (BPA),
• bisphenol B (BPB),
• bisphenol F (BPF), and
• bisphenol S (BPS).

The bisphenol derivatives BADGE, BADGE.H2O, BADGE.HCl.H2O, and BFDGE are spiked as well. Due to degradations/transformation, the derivatives are not included in the specifiation. The spiked levels are provided for information only.
