Fruit pouches, unspiked.

Fruit pouches, which are commercially offered for small children are a cooked homogenate made from different fruits. The homogenate is a mix of mainly apple, but also of apricots, bananas, pears, and red currants.

The homogenate contains trace levels of cyanuric acid and phosphonic acid < 0.01 mg/kg and traces of triethanolamine at a concentration level of < 0.02 mg/kg, while it is free from all other parameters, which are spiked to the reference material P2513-RMFp. The trace levels are negligible compared to the spiked levels of the reference material.
