Cocoa butter - MOSH and MOAH (spiked)

The cocoa butter is spiked with MOSH and MOAH.

Spiked levels are: 

• 11 mg/kg of total MOSH, and
• 5.3 mg/kg of total MOAH.

The raw material, which was used for the preparation of the reference material contains about 6.1 mg/kg of total MOSH, while it is free from total MOAH (< 1.0 mg/kg). The unspiked raw material is available as blank material P2502-BLCo. We recommend to order the reference material and the blank material to be able to evaluate the trueness of results.

The specification of the reference material includes the comparability of results (z-score criterion) as well as the trueness of results (70 to 120 % recovery of the spiked level).
