Aflatoxins and ochratoxin A in dried apricots

P2612-RT covers aflatoxins and ochratoxin A as the most relevant mycotoxins in dried fruits. The aflatoxins B1, B2, G1, G2 as well as ochratoxin A are spiked.

A spiked test material of dried apricots as well as the corresponding unspiked blank material is provided.
LOQs of at least 1 µg/kg for the individual mycotoxins are required for the test.

The results are evaluated with respect to

the correct quantification with respect to the
comparability criterion (|z-score| ≤ 2),
the correct quantification with respect to the
trueness criterion (70-120 % recovery of the spiked level, as far as applicable).
