Module vegetables and fruits

Two commodity groups (according to SANTE 11312/2021) are included in the module vegetables and fruits:

• vegetables and fruits – “high water content"
• citrus fruit and small fruit and berries – “high acid content and high water content”

Neither the identity nor the exact number of pesticides are announced in advance. The scope of pesticides within the module vegetables and fruits is defined here.

The module covers

• all in all a minimum of 300 pesticides (within a period of six years).
• 25-35 pesticides in each test material.
• two test materials per year.
• the corresponding two blank materials.
