The chocolate bread spread is spiked with
- 6.3 mg/kg MOSH, and
- 4.4 mg/kg MOAH.
The raw material, which was used for the preparation of the reference material contains about 5 mg/kg of total MOSH, while it is free from total MOAH (< 0.6 mg/kg). The unspiked raw material is available as blank material P2205-BLCs.
The specification of the reference material includes the comparability of results (z-score criterion) as well as the trueness of results (70 to 120 % of the spiked level). We recommend to order the blank material P2205-BLCs together with the reference material. The blank material is needed to be able to evaluated the trueness of the results. The results related to the blank material P2205-BLCs are subtracted from the results related to the reference material P2205-RMCs.
