MOSH/MOAH by GCxGC-TOF-MS

P2303-MRT is designed to fit to the requirements of the analysis of MOSH/MOAH by GCxGC-TOF-MS.

Two spiked/contaminated samples of coconut oil or fat are provided. The samples are spiked/contaminated with a selection of the substances mentioned below.

The aim of the method ring test is the correct identification of

different types of MOSH (alkanes, cycloalkanes, hopanes, steranes, waxes, POSH, PAO, ROSH etc),
different types of MOAH (aromatic ring systems, alkylated aromatic systems, etc.)
marker substances like hopanes, DIPN, etc., as well as
typical contaminations with waxes etc.

The participants are asked to report

whether or not the substances (groups) are identified in the provided test sample.
a chromatogram, which shows the different groups of MOSH and MOAH. The different groups of MOSH and MOAH should be marked and allocated in the chromatogram.
